The Process
Buying a new home from Preferred Homes is a wonderfully stress-free experience. How simple? Just take a look at the steps below. You would never imagine building a new home could be so easy.

Step 2. Initial Consultation
We need to determine what type of home you are interested in, what your specific needs (and wants) are, and what kind of a time frame you expect. We will discuss the site work associated with placing a home and will even assess your building lot if you need.

Step 3. Design Review
You will receive an assortment of floor plans, exterior views, and building information to take home to review. If you are interested in a specific house and would like a formal, written quotation, you can call April and she'll provide one for you.

Step 4. Shop Around
We are so sure that a Supreme Home is the best product in the business we'll put it to the test. Call around and compare features and pricing from other vendors. We know you will be calling us back.
Step 5. Pre-Build Meeting
Once you have checked out other vendors and are happy about your new home, you'll come in and meet with us to finalize the details like colors, floor plans, receive deposit* and sign the contracts.
Step 6. Final Approval
Once the order has been placed, Supreme Homes will send copies of the production drawings which you must approve and sign before your house will go into production.
Step 7. Site Preparation
While your home is being constructed your lot must be prepared for delivery. It is your choice as to whether you want to handle the details or we can take care of it for you (all-inclusive pricing). You will need to obtain a Building Permit for your home, we take care of the Plumbing & Electrical Permits
Step 8. The Final Weeks
Andy will arrange for a Plumber and Electrician for delivery day. We will want to stay in touch with you as the day of delivery draws closer.
Step 9. Delivery and Finishes
Your home arrives and it is placed. Andy will coordinate and complete all the finish work for your home.
Step 10. Walk-Through
Now that your home is in place and ready you will tour the home and ensure that all requested work has been completed as agreed. If all is well you will sign all necessary paperwork, deliver payment and, finally, move in.
