Andy, retailer and licensed carpenter will visit your building lot before your home is ordered to advise on decisions that need to be made regarding placement of the home, the gravel pad or foundation that the home will sit on, water lines, driveway,and power hook ups. Andy will be on site from the moment your home arrives until the final finishes are complete.
